A: Yes, every roof we install is protected by a materials backed 25 year guarantee plus our own company guarantee. If you wish to see our guarantee in detail please ask, we'll be happy to talk you through it.

Q: How long does the roof take to dry?
A: Your new roof will be water repellent after one hour from fitting. You should leave four days before walking on it to allow everything to set properly.

Q: How much experience does Roofs Above have with flat roof installation?
A: All our fitters are fully trained and qualified. Our directors each lead an installation team and have more that 30 years experience between them in flat roof installation. We work to the very highest standards and believe our installation and service is the very best available.

Q: What colour roof can I have?
A: We have 6 standard colour to choose from, as well as a non-slip finish. However if there's a colour you really want we can match your roof colour to any BS colour!

Q: Is the roof safe to walk on?
A: Yes, if you intend to walk on your roof on a regular basis we'd recommend the non-slip finish, however all finishes are safe to walk on.

Q: I'd like you to install a new roof, what should I do now?
A: Congratulations, you've made the right decision. All you have to do is ring our freephone number printed below and we'll arrange a suitable time to come and give your property a survey, then the installation will be booked in. If your roof is leaking we'll make a temporary fix until your new roof is fitted.
